Quickest Changeable Workholding System

Ground teeth serrations on the base rail allow exact positioning of the vise and end modules. One transverse spindle screw is used.

Available in 40/50 mm spacing for m12 dowel screws, and 2” spacing with 1/2 or 5/8 precision bored holes for locating and mounting to our grids with our AMFLEX modular dowel screws.

This central spindle screw, which has a right-handed and left-handed thread, pulls two plates with angled faces together.

The side clamp plates then lock the vise modules onto the base rail with a force of 150kN on either side, creating a solid bond between the two components. The spindle is accessible from both sides, so that the modules can easily be repositioned, even though adjacent clamping systems are very close.

The vise and end modules are available in a variety of standard widths (19 mm – 125 mm). Thus, easy access for machining from three sides on workpieces of various widths.
