CCI 150 Machine Rebuild for Automotive Forging Company
A large forging company in the automotive industry required a rebuild of their CCI 150 cold sawing machine. AME provided the following services:
Replaced all spindle bearings
Re-machined and chrome-plated all seal contact faces
Replaced all seals
Installed new lube system
Installed new 40 HP VF drive motor
