Easy and Reliable Measuring

Pull-Measurement System Power Check guarantees an easy and reliable measuring of the pull force on spindles. All steep taper and hollow shaft taper interferences can be measured simply be exchanging the adapter unit.

OTT-Jakob offers adapters for all steep taper sizes from SK20 to SK60 and HSK-E25 to A125/B160. The unit has a LCD-Display, is battery operated and easy to use. It offers the whole measuring range dependent on the tolerance.


The manufacturing related tolerance range of tool and spindle can cause unfavorable interference. This can cause a lower actual clamping force between tool and spindle while showing the same pull force. The Power Check assists in detecting this condition and measures more than just the theoretical clamping force.

Available with optional adapters for CAPTO C4, C5, C6, C8 as well as for KM 40, 50, 63 and 80.

Steep taper universal adapters now also available.
