Advanced Machine & Engineering joins the Technology and Manufacturing Association

Rockford, Illinois, USA - 02/28/2018 - Advanced Machine & Engineering (AME) has recently joined the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA) to connect more with industry peers, and to take advantage of some training opportunities that are available to members.

The TMA represents close to 1,000 manufacturers and over 30,000 manufacturing employees, and it is a comprehensive resource for midwest manufacturers looking to improve operations, strengthen their workforce, and grow their businesses.

AME learned about TMA through their relationship with Jim Carr and Jason Zenger, hosts of the Making Chips podcast.

“TMA has a significant presence in Rockford, and by becoming a member, we can learn from our local manufacturing community and share our insight in areas of workholding, machine design and build, and precision machining,” said Nick Goellner, Marketing Director at AME.

Goellner is also looking forward to exploring some of the industry-specific training opportunities that are included with the TMA membership.
