PRECISION CNC BASE PLATES WITH PATTERNED GRID HOLES

Co-axial positioned bushings and inserts allow positioning and clamping in every hole. The use of hardened precision bushings assures high wear resistance and replacability. Glued-in bushings allow replacement without damage to the grid base or hole. If the insert is too damaged, it too can usually be replaced without re-drilling and tapping. Replacement bushings and insert kits with extraction tool are offered if needed.
