Contributing Factors for Nomination

In the last 12 months, AME broke ground on a new $3.5 million facility expansion to help support product growth and increase top line revenue and overall profitability. The expansion will also create up to 100 new manufacturing job in the local Rockford communities.

AME has also digitized its entire product offering, making unique web pages for each individual product offering, revolutionizing buyers’ research and inquiry processes.

Another key contributing factor for the nomination includes AME’s robust, international apprenticeship program offered to young engineers interested in the manufacturing industry. “We take great pride in training our own, and our apprenticeship program provides students with 8,000 hours of manufacturing training in parallel of schooling at Rock Valley College - one small step towards closing the manufacturing skills gap in the U.S.,” says Dietmar Goellner, President and CEO of AME.

AME is honored to be nominated for this year’s Technology Innovator Awards.
