AMLOK Rod Locks
rch hydraulic rod lock | nfpa (inch)
This heavy duty, dual acting clamp design provides axial holding forces from 1100 up to 80000 lbf. The RCH clamps with mechanical springs and is released with hydraulic pressure. Designed to fit NFPA cylinders/actuators.
rli pneumatic rod lock | iso 15552, 6431 (Metric)
This compact, dual acting clamp design provides axial holding forces from 200 up to 2450 lbf. The RLI clamps with a patented mechanical spring system and is released with pneumatic pressure. Designed to fit ISO 15552 (previously known as ISO 6431) cylinders/actuators.
RLN pneumatic rod lock | nfpa (Inch)
This compact, dual acting clamp design provides axial holding forces from 200 up to 2450 lbf. The RLN clamps with a patented mechanical spring system and is released with pneumatic pressure. Designed to fit NFPA cylinders/actuators.
sitema safety solutions
safety Catchers | Series K, KR, KRP, and more
Safety catchers are used to secure heavy, lifted loads.
- One load direction
- Hydraulic or pneumatic actuation
- Loads from 10 kN to 1000 kN
Safety brakes | Series KSP
Safety brakes are used to secure vertically moving masses.
- One load direction
- Pneumatic actuation
- Loads up to 30 kN
safety locks | Series KRG
Safety locks are used to secure restraining or lifted loads.
- One load direction
- Hydraulic actuation
- Loads from 10 kN to 400 kN
Locking Units
Precision, power-off, double-acting locking units are used primarily as functional clamps for position and hold applications to prevent unwanted axial movement in both directions. Pneumatic or hydraulic options available for clamping round shafts/rods.
PowerStroke
The PowerStroke can be used in any horizontal and vertical application requiring large forces to be built up over short working distances. Separating the fast stroke and force stroke by design, the PowerSroke makes systems requiring high forces and fast movement more compact, energy-efficient, and fast.
Special Solutions
Specializing in the development and production of unique clamping devices and linear brakes, SITEMA’s specialists create solutions for open air, below-zero temperatures, underwater, and other aggressive environments for rods up to 300 mm in diameter featuring mechanical, electropneumatic, and electronic systems.
